Unable to click the continue button
I’m unable to click the continue button when making a payment for my contract data… After I added my card details, I couldn’t click continue, it was below the fold and I struggled scrolling down the screen. Eventually didn’t continue with the payment.
Not useful
I subscribed to Superflexi plan, now i can not pay premium and according to MTN i can only do it on the app and on the app there’s no option to pay under payment details
Self Rica
Pathetic App, your self Rica is as useless as your network
Terrible UI and slow
App is slow! Keeps logging me out. You get bombarded with mtn offers when opening the app to distract you from your main task.
Cant purchase
I can’t use the app to purchase anything what’s the point of having it on my phone
eSIM
…In need of an option whereby one gets to register for eSIM using the app, please!
MTN
I cant buy data on the app it says to try again later. I deleted the app and now I cant even re-install it. Really dissapointed lately
Poor quality sync
Not sure if it’s just the app or MTN’s approach but the options available on my one app are markedly different from the other - I get hyper personalised offers; but I’m the same customer, same Rica…why different offers? Then you buy social bundles but they still use my anytime data first - what’s the point of distinct bundles if it doesn’t matter much to your platforms.
Linking SIM cards
What happened to that option of being able to link/view ALL your numbers/accounts?
