HOW DOES MUSCLE BOOSTER WORK?
Our smart algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan based on your goals and data – a combination of cardio, strength, and recovery exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Your basic plan is created for 60 days and displayed in your calendar. You can use it as a daily workout journal. Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (if the previous workouts were too easy or too difficult for you).
With Muscle Booster, you’ll never be bored working out – you'll have access to a library of 200+ workouts, including muscle gain or weight-loss workouts, and gym or at-home routines with minimum or no equipment at all, like bodyweight or dumbbell home workouts.
Moreover, your workouts include convenient audio and video instructions, a weight-loss tracker, and a workout timer, all in one convenient health and fitness app.
There is also a recipe database included in the app (available in English only).
HEALTHKIT:
Muscle Booster integrates with HealthKit, so you can export nutrition and exercise data from Muscle Booster to HealthKit, as well as fitness data and weight and body measurements from HealthKit to Muscle Booster.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

I used the application for a few days and had to skip several exercises that did not match my physical capabilities at all, which the application did not take into account in any way. I convinced myself that it annoys me more than it helps me and I deleted the application. After three months, without any warning, they took the money from my card for the extension, even though I haven't been using it for a long time. I asked and they refused to return the money for the services that I do not want and will not use in the next three months. I recommend that you avoid buying a subscription to this application so that you don't end up paying for something you don't want to use.

Doesn’t work on Apple Watch
Probably wasn’t careful enough reading the description but it’s useless for Apple Watch in Gym mode. Also, it doesn’t offer enough flexibility in terms of creating your workout and it’s not even clear where the workouts you create are saved - if they are. Lots of work needed to make it a useful app.
Deceiving
This app puts you through 32 questions questionnaire only to propose you a yearly plan of 80$ at the end. What’s my gain investing my time into your questionnaire? I uninstalled it on the spot. Total ripoff.
The worst application
Teeth ! They still money from the card. D ont try to use it !

For two months i’m trying to cancel my subscription from the app and also writing emails , but without any response …

App that can not make personal trainings
I have followed their program with 2 weeks of workout and I was not satisfied.
You can not use the app with display locked, can not rearrange order of exercises, can not choose them. Only follow some programs that are not the same for all… we can not all do the same exercises. I requested refund, BUT THEY DONT WANT TO, even I met all the requested proofs.
