Muse it’s Amazing

App never works

There is always a problem with this app. I find it difficult tmm I’m even open it. There is always a “something went wrong” message,

App not working it’s been a month

I tried opening the app and it’s not working. Stuck on the muse logo. I thought i just needed to update it but no update available either. Pls fix this, I can’t take my points back when my purchase didn’t go through. Can’t reach customer service because the app is not working 🥲

Best app ever !

App won’t work

I keep getting a message when the app starts that says “ops something went wrong, please try again later” This is the case for more than a week now and I have deleted the app and reinstalled yet still the same issue!

Customer satisfaction

I had a problem with redeeming points, therefore, I contacted the customer service (live chat) on the app and they solved the problem right away! Such a great app with even better customer service.

Muse loyalty Program is excellent

The live chat the app is excellent. They have prompt response, and staff are dedicated to customers. App has simple and easy to use and immediately reflect your points status

Stuck on main page

I wrote my phone number and waited 10 minutes and more for an SMS activation code to be sent but I received no messages. I kept trying again and again but still haven’t received any text. Still stuck on the main page. Pls fix it.
