فعلا خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا عندهم ، أنا مرت علي مرات تاخرت العاملات اكثر من زيارة وكل مرة كان يتأخروا انه يعلموني وانا كنت انتظر ، ويتواصلوا ويعتذروا ومدري ايش وانا قلت خلاص مو مشكلة عادي تصير ويمكن اكثر من ٥ مرات ، ومرة قبل العيد أنا تاخرت وما رديت عالسائق ومع العلم انه رجعت تواصل معاهم بسرعة على اساس انه يرجع وخاصة انه لسه وقت الجلسة متاح واترجاهم ومافي فايدة وهذا أنا من سنين معهم لا في عميل مميز وهم أغلى من اكثر من تطبيق وفوق هذا مافي يميزهم ولارحت خدمة العملاء .
فعلا هذا آخر يوم أتعامل معهم فيه .
Broke my curtains, no accountability
They told me they are a marketplace and take zero accountability for stolen items, broken items, or anything that could go wrong when one of their contractors cleans your home or provides any service at home. BE AWARE OF THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. The worst customer service. Be ready to execute legal action.

Best service of all time
Just life is the best cleaning company of Dubai.These guys are the best in terms of sofa,carpet and curtain cleaning.
If you want to waste your time, energy, and money- this is the app for you
If you are looking for punctual, accountable professionals to offer their services then this is not the right place. I’ve encountered several inconveniences through Justlife; cleaning staff not showing up after confirming bookings and showing that it is in progress. Salon staff not showing up and the app automatically shows that the service is completed even though I was home and no one showed up.. and the list goes on. What’s even worse; is how unhelpful the customer support people are. They give them human names like “nermeen”; but their communication is so robotic and lacks empathy.
Long story short; I have deleted both the app and my account and will not do the mistake to use their service again. There’s multiple other apps in the market that are way better and that respect your time and are more transparent.

Used the app for the first time to have a hair cut at home, everything was great as described and on time. Will use their services again.
Stay away - they don’t take responsibility of damages they caused
Professional cleaner broke my toilet.
She was working in the bathroom, and I heard some noise of something falling.
When confronted, she denied any wrongdoing, while we clearly heard something crack.
Spoke to Tasneem from the JustLife team, who escalated my case to the Escalation Team. 72h later Mohamed Khalid got back to me and responded with this gem “She found the toilet seat broken in that condition, and she had already informed you about it.”
And accordingly, they absolved themselves from any responsibility, and now I have to pay thousands of dirhams to replace a toilet that she had broken during a service rendered by JustLife.
Let me paint you a picture of what really happened: The professional went on cleaning the house the entire time, and didn’t say anything at all. Upon finishing her work she told me she’s done, and I went to inspect her work before discharging her. And then and there, I witnessed the cracked toilet, and I remembered hearing some noise of something falling earlier during the session, back when she was working in the bathroom. I confronted her about it - she acted like she didn’t even notice it before.
Funny how I was the one that confronted her about the broken toilet, after I heard a noise of something falling, and now she claims that she informed be about the broken toilet before she started working, when that never even happened.
Her story doesn’t add up, and their excuse, and them absolving themselves that way is pathetic. I’ve used JustLife, previously known as Justmop since 2020. That’s how they treat their loyal customers.
I strongly advise you not to use JustLife… I’ve heard so many incidents where friends had jewelry stolen, and times where professionals say they started working and they never even arrive in the first place. And now I’ve witnessed first hand how they don’t take ownership of damages that happened during their service, lie about what happened, and treat their customers that way. Steer clear from them.

Terrible support service
There is basically not support service at all in the app. The specialist I booked is just not coming at all and I don't know what to do. No even a phone number to call.
