Paid for a subscription and haven’t been able to read even one article and there is zero support! How do I cancel this subscription that I have no access to??

Great app but question
I have a paper subscription and the closest thing I can find on the app is a button that says sign in but I don’t know my username or password.

purchased subscription from iTunes. then when I try to read on iPhone the app asks me to purchase a subscription!!
Think MLP in Magazine Form
This magazine is intended for a younger audience true enough, but it's content is amazingly intriguing for all ages. My family have been subscribers to the physical edition for years now, and I'm incredibly glad that they have an ITunes version available. I hope they continue to be arrest magazine for years to come.
App constantly crashes
App won't let me enter my paid username and password. It crashes immediately when I click on account. For a $50 magazine subscription, I would expect it to work! Print magazine is awesome, just wish the digital version would work.
