MusicBox is a flexible listen later app for albums, songs, artists, playlists, radio stations, podcast episodes, and so on. Save new music for later, catalog and organize favorites, assign tags, notes, metadata, and more.

MusicBox collects relevant metadata of albums and songs and is deeply integrated into the system with features such as Interactive Widgets, Share Sheet, App Shortcuts, iCloud, and more. It supports a wide range of platforms, and you can also add music manually by filling in all the required fields.

ADD MUSIC

- Use the Share Sheet throughout the system.

Great App (with one complaint)

This is a super useful app, as it allows me to “bookmark” things I want to come back to, without cluttering up my Apple Music library. My only criticism is that I really wish there was an option to toggle/hide the 4 large default panels at the top of the Start Screen (if there’s a way to do this, it’s not obvious) - I interact with MusicBox entirely using Tags and Smart Searches, and those 4 default buttons are just useless clutter for me.

Spotify please?

This is a great concept! - Could you please add Spotify capabilities, or flip this app (launch a new one) to have Spotify as the main character? Thanks and best regards!

Widgets broken

Widgets don't appear in the latest version. Please fix

Brilliant idea!!

I just started diving into the app, but it seems like a great tool for those who really like to curate their library. To organize my library I have a system set up with Apple’s Smart Playlists using Groups, Ratings, and Comments in the track’s Get Info menu. Would be great if information could transfer over from Music Box to Apple Music.

Simple yet effective

This is the PERFECT app for me to quickly keep track of music I need to download/listen to.

Good, But Doesn’t Sync In Background

Nice that this has an Apple TV app. But what’s frustrating about this app is that if you add something from your device, you must be sure to then manually open the app for it to sync to the Apple TV app. You shouldn’t need to remember to open the app to see everything you’ve synced.

I just started diving into the app, but it immediately seems like a great tool for those who really like to curate their library. To organize things I utilize Apple Smart Playlists, as well as Groupings, Ratings, and Comments in the track’s Get Info menu, and this seems like the perfect addition to the process! Need support for Tidal

This app seems perfect for me but I primarily use Tidal. Hope support can be added soon
