Impossible to activate
You need to activate your account with a code. They send one and then ask for name and address. Under address you can put in post code, street name (we don’t have one) and house number (we don’t have one). Without those you can’t move forward. I used our post code, village as street name and our house name instead of house number. Press done and it says to chose from a list. But there is no list to chose from so no chance of moving on. Repeated this three times so getting very frustrated. There’s no help available or instructions. A complete waste of space!

The barcode scanning is broken . Bpost staff cannot scan the codes.
App crashes every time a live chat is started ( which is likely intentional).

All I want to do is pay customs charges.
I am told by the app itself “you can pay via the app”
Yet the payment option is NOWHERE, I have searched every possibility.
The automatic assistant has a “how to pay” button…. Which just dishes out the same advice “you can pay via the app”
A decent design would provide a link!
