The past few times that I’ve topped up my card it sticks on the payment page after payment. (Same with everyone else I know) The only way out is to click on cancel, but the payment is credited anyway despite what the app says. Just be careful not to pay twice! The credit however can take a while to be added so don’t leave it until you really need it, you could have a wait.

Rede. Ik ben het moe dat heel de woke cultuur en lgbtq+ nest door iedereens strot geramd wordt. Ik heb niks tegen die mensen,maar mijn dagdagelijks leven moet er niet steeds herinnert worden van hun bestaan! Ook tijdens de pride month!

Ik heb echt een slechte ervaring met hun gehad. De app werkt soms niet, en soms wordt hij zelfs niet geladen. Het internet werkt bijna nooit.

Herladen via de app is niet duidelijk, je krijgt geen bevestiging dat de herlading gelukt is. Nadat ik bijna 10 minuten gewacht heb sluit ik de herlading af om dan te zien dat de herlading al 7 minuten ervoor gelukt is…

I have been using Mobile Viking for at least 10 years. However, this app is lousy. Whenever I do a top up, the screen is blocked on the notification of an ongoing top up and it stays that way for days. I simply have to delete and reinstall the app. Done this a thousand times. Plus customer service has become nonexistent. They tell you they will reply, but they never do. I think I’m done with Viking.

Had to turn off notifications because I got an add for TUI pushed to me every day of the week last week. Something with “snow in the app” that didn’t make sense at all for an app I use to get mobile credit and see my SIM card status. Please stick with the normal provider things and don’t push ads to me every day.
