they said i would need a “more traditional” approach when my teeth arent even bad just a little bit of crowding and an overbite which frankly i like so its not even the overbite thats the problem i just want my teeth to be straight overall awfull

This app is ok I guess. I will say that I keep having problems with the hyperbyte not staying synced. I even with manually entering when I used it, it will not stay. I’ve seen multiple other reviews about this same problem. Also it’s pretty frustrating that I cannot edit the exact day when I change my aligners. At first it was saying change every 7 days which is my treatment plan, now it says change every 12 days which is super weird because I didn’t have my treatment planned changed. So not being able to change to when I actually am changing aligners is a problem because how am I supposed to keep track when the actually day to change is wrong. This app needs some work to fix these issues.

Use of the app to take check in photos is difficult without your smile clamp, keep it if you want this process to be smooth.

To maintain the “Byte for Life Guarantee” you have to order new retainers every 6 months, FOR FOREVER, regardless of the condition of your current retainers. If you dutifully order retainers 2x per year for the next 20 years, with shipping, that’ll add well over $5,000 to your treatment! Of all the things Byte makes known to new patients, that little nugget of knowledge is buried in their policy documentation.

My goal was to close a gap in my teeth. After 13 weeks of treatment and seeing little improvement nothing was done. Soon after my retainer cracked, I contacted them, the only response I have gotten is to send pictures. I have sent multiple sets of pictures in. No changes, no retainer, I was billed before I even accepted my treatment plan. Save your money and take care of your teeth by a true professional.

Sent in my money, did my impressions and sent them in, never heard from them for 4 weeks after I called to complain. The agent assigned to me, Frank McNiff never called me back. He basically ghosted me. Finally spoke to supervisor and got my Aligners in 2 more weeks. Used them for 15 weeks. It never corrected my lower bite crooked tooth. Now no one will answer their customer service phone. Can’t get this fixed or order retainers. DO NOT trust these guys

I am thrilled with the customer service and my shipment was quick. My aligners fit great with no discomfort. I am excited for my journey to a new smile. 😃

After BYTE received over $3000 from me, they sent me alignerswhich I used exactly as they directed. It seemed as if they were trying to rush the process. After they realized that the aligners weren’t working as my front gap still was not closing after almost a year of using BYTE, they stopped responding to my email, and blocked me from using the app as normal. I absolutely do not recommend BYTE!
