Great vacation but many things to improve
The good things: The food - five stars out of five The bars - five out of five The Yoga -five out of five The petit club - five out of five Cleanliness- five out of five Kindness of the staff - five out of five The rooms (even though things I complained the first day were not fixed) - four out of five To improve: In general I got the impression the Resort is understaffed. The shuttle service (buggies) needs a complete rethinking, people with babies had to wait for 15-20 minutes. There should be fixed itineraries with high frequency - One star out of five Housekeeping: No full set of towels, no refill of minibar, no toilet paper. Three stars out of five. Ceiling fans: In many places they are missing (you can see the preparation but they were not installed), many are not working. For example, at the entrance of the Zen/Reef Complex there is only one fan installed (there is preparation for a second one), but it doesn’t work because they don’t know where the remote control is. Two stars out of five.
