This is not the vacation for an older person or one who has not attended a club med previously The staff are warm and friendly and you can feel their team spirit but for six days I had no idea what a GO was people drink way too much get sloppy way too much and totally over eat. It’s not pleasant to be around that environment. The property was lovely very very well taken care of and the food was for the most part, generous portions, and good tasting. The rooms need to be refurbished, but they’re comfortable and kept clean Once again, the staff was very attentive I do suggest more Caribbean themed music, which would be appealing to all ages

Absolutely Does Not Work

My wife and I planned a stay back in March and the app will not allow us to see any details for the trip. Today, for instance, I logged in and landed on a page that said I didn’t have any trips planned with 2 buttons to choose from. The first was to plan a stay, which I didn’t need. The second button said “Connect using my file number”… but the button doesn’t do ANYTHING. No matter how many times I press it. I quit and reopened it, I deleted the app and reinstalled and had the same problem. It wouldn’t be so bad, but their website will not work either. The “My Trips” page just shows a forever spinning wheel. Clearly not much of a coding team there to check and see if things are even working. UPDATE: I received your question, Club Med, but I can’t find a way to reply to you directly. Here is my phone info, but I do not feel comfortable sharing any other information in such a public forum. If you would give me a tech-support number or email to contact you directly, that would be best. I’ve already called the phone number on your website, but that was a booking number, and they were not able to help me. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro, OS 17.5.1

I installed this app today because I have a vacation coming up this weekend. When I open the app, all it does is say oops something went wrong. I never get to a login screen. Just doesn’t work. iPhone 15, iOS 17.4.1

Unusable once you log in

As soon as I log in I get “Label description button” as the only content. This has been going on for weeks. It’s entirely unusable.

To start off the initial arrival at club med was wonderful with staff greeting us giving us the low down and offering refreshments. Upon finding our room we were a bit offset by the room itself which is quite dated. We then waited for our bags having a lie down on the bed only to notice it was two twin beds pushed together being held by a fitted sheet and two different levels of each bed one higher then the other. We brushed it off went off to enjoy some food at sharkies and wait on line at the bar for 30 minutes out of the maybe hour we spent there. Only two people behind the bar busting their butts. Onto the beach which was our absolute favorite part of the entire trip. Over the course of a few days we really felt like the staff everywhere was quite miserable despite being overly thankful for every drink made for us. We thought okay we will throw some cash at the few frequent bartenders in hopes that maybe we could make their day and feel appreciated. The only bartender we felt was happy to serve us (after some cash given) was Alex who always had a smile on. Even the people at the Gracie’s dining hall were miserable. You just would think all these people visiting and vacationing at the resort are thrilled and happy to be there and be taken care of while being thankful for the service. One woman had the nerve to question after sitting down at a table with a couple of plates of food saying “it’s just the two of you” saying yes and getting a major eye roll as she walked away. We weren’t sure what that was about. My husband on the second night came down with food poisoning and we could barely enjoy the next day with him recovering and being completely turned off by the food. We met two other people who also said they had/got food poisoning and were out for the count for a whole day. Not only that, horribly achey body in the morning after sleeping on the bed and nearly feeling you were falling into the crack on the “queen bed”. Another thing, I’ve never been to an all inclusive where you have to walk several yards to go get a drink and not have people serving on the beach (they would make a lot of tips if you had people doing that). In all honestly we felt ready to leave after three days there, getting tired of the food, tired of sleeping on a horrible bed and feeling crappy every morning. Will certainly be back to Turks but absolutely not to club med. we have friends going in June and aren’t sure if we should let them form there own opinion or warn them abou

The app updates Club Med participants each day as to events, menus really helpful. But there’s no interactive map which fit a facility like Punta Cana is sorely missed.
