please fix your app, specifically remembering previous gender selection as well as making social links actually work. would be wonderful to have an app that works.

This app does not actually send friend requests or message requests to people you try to contact. It just doesn’t do it. I’ve had a horrible experience with this app because I did not realize this until it was too late. If I could give this a zero I would

This app is complete garbage. Finding a roommate here is an absolute chore, and the numerous bugs and glitches on this site are infuriating. When you pair with someone, it’s easy to forget that you also have to fill out an agreement (which cannot be filled out until both parties do so simultaneously). This is extremely annoying and inconvenient for students, and only creates a bigger problem for us.

Seriously frustrating me, my school just opened their MCR, and rooming deadlines are fast approaching. However, I CANNOT upload any pictures of myself despite selecting them multiple times. I clicked photos to add to my profile, and nothing happens. Need this bug fixed or help working around it. Please, and thank you.

My College Roomie would have potential if the developers actually listened to feedback and worked on the application. It has been a year since any development despite the immense amount of backlash, and there are several things wrong with the platform. First of all, and most importantly, it is NOT user friendly in the slightest. There are buttons on the UI that are greyed out despite being clickable, every alert needs to be manually marked as read unless clicked, and the app does not refresh properly. Recently, there has been a bug related to roommate eligibility, where some people were marked not eligible one moment back to being eligible again. There is also a consistent, reoccurring problem relating to input name and gender resetting what appears to be about every 24 hours. This has been happening to every student that has changed these input fields, and has been mentioned by multiple other reviews. Overall, the development, customer support and feedback teams have shown that the company lacks care for their consumers.

I don’t understand why all these colleges use an app so terrible like this one. It never loads and takes atleast an hour for me to do one thing. It constantly says error or something went wrong. How am i suppose to chat and find a roommate if the app won’t even let me log on.

I WISH colleges would stop using this app for roomate selection its terrible its buggy I’ve only been able to successfully log in once and currently cannot get back in. This app starts off the college experience on the wrong foot 0/10. I think colleges who use this app truly do not care about their students because this is not just my experience with the app, it is the experience of the majority. Which is exactly why this app has a one star rating paired with an extensive amount of comment’s saying how terrible this app truly is.
