Constant false alarms
5 "jamming" warnings a day and unauthorised movement warning every third time I drive my car. Had all the hardware checked and no obvious issues. This level of false alerts devalues the product. #boywhocriedwolf

During 2022-2024 the app/product has performed well, information on trips etc is excellent. Geo fence is accurate and notifications are fast. One issue I have is that the vehicle is often stored for long periods, the tracker fob seems to eat batteries, I’ve tried most main stream battery manufacturers and they all have limited life. This is the fob that must beat like a heart with the vehicle to notify tracker that the vehicle is being moved safely. That aside I like the ability to see where the vehicle is at any time. I’ve now used/had this product for 7 years. Pre 20022: Unfortunately the notifications always seem to fail, deleting and re loading the app occasionally works for a short period.
This is a very poor app. It looks like it is getting little development and obvious bugs just do not get sorted. Why do I get an alert showing 15 messages but when I actually start the app there aren’t 15. Plus having to put in a pin every time you start the app is Stone Age stuff. Very poor.
It will not recognise my account or password. Why fix that is not broken? Do you know what you are doing? Have been told that “ no contract data found “!!!!!???????
Finally after using the app for 3 years someone has fixed the issue of viewing the trip reports in the app.
It’s been over six years and the trip report still not working. What an absolute joke.
I am with Vodafone connect but the app is very difficult to use. The login option doesn’t work, there is very little in the way of trying to connect to the app. Although I pay close to £165 every year, if my car gets stolen, I have no confidence that I will be able to check it on the app. Vodafone need to sort their act out and not just take money from the customers.

Crashes and freezes on a regular basis. I have never managed to get one successful interaction with this app.
