There is a commercial about this company and it’s true, you are not smarter by having this as your carrier! I had no job and needed something to use to sell items online, local. My plan automatically upgraded and did NOT automatically down grade with use. Then I misplaced the account phone and was still charged 38.50 on a $25 plan. The company emailed the suspended account but due to the suspension nothing was received. I’m not smarter yet- and was planning to add 6 lines. Ha ha what a bad joke now I am out $40 for 4 SIM cards purchased at a retailer that has a 15 day return limit. Just to change to a new carrier I had to pay for the month not used. You will need another phone number just in case this happens to you so the company can tamper with that service for none payment. Oh yes they did and it’s not any affiliation with the company CON-consumer cellular. A manager did give me a $10 discount but I am still going to owe $38.50 for a plan at $25 plus out an additional $40 dollars for the SIM cards. How to waist money and DATA is what I have learned here! I think I called customer service in the States but it’s still a CON and you won’t save any money- very thing is run through google, agreements won’t be sent by mail but your bill will. Plus all other documents will be emailed with a link to waist accumulating more data usage. I’m not a satisfied customer and more broke- thanks Mr LEMI and MR Skyler.
This app is awful
For the last year and half I have to make a new password every time because it never recognizes my log in. Now it won’t even let me change password so I can’t log in to pay my bill. Why is it so hard to fix this. I’m ready to change my cellular service just because the app stinks
OMG
So I decided to get a new phone service after 13 years with the old one. Omg! I’ve been back and forth trying to transfer and open service with them. Multiple calls telling me to call back in 24 hours. Is it worth it?!? So far not good. The app is useless.
What have you done CC?
Loved CC. Until this recent forced SIM card update to switch to a new carrier.
Please CC hold fast to the former standards you had of customer service. My iPhone is 50% functional now with text using the new carrier. Can’t text to android using wifi, can’t send mms to android using wifi, can’t do either consistently even when using data. Will be dropping CC. Am sad.
Actual Data is NOT actual data
I like my savings on CC, but the app does not show the actual data. I was bumped up to a higher tier that cost more because I had gone over my 5 GB PLAN. The app showed 3.3GB When it was actually over 7 GB. The app should tell you it is NOT the actual data used.
Besides this, as a new customer, I really like the savings and service I am getting.
Constantly upgrading & over charging?
Why am I charged over the data plan? I have 10 GB data plan & i didn’t finish my data not even close but I am being charged over and over. They upgraded for next data plan which is upgraded to 15 GB. I call customer service but they are saying glitches or restart your phone, clear cookies. No i didn’t agree because they did it more than there times. Please do not upgrade my data plan that i don’t even finish the current plan. I need also my money back.

Why is my Web Access Blocked. Says it’ for my security. Not realistic in my opinion. Will definitely investigate when CC open today 4/26/2024 at 5 am. Other sites,I visit occasionally have issues. Maybe it’s big Tech. T-Mobile account wouldn’t let me into my Account for years Hope this isn’t A REPEAT of that .
Log in too hard
Why can’t this app save my password? Typing it in every time is an inconvenience and not fair. You are making access hard as I don’t carry my password book around with me. It’s as if you are trying to keep customers from, say, changing to a lower data plan after at the start of every billing period. Please fix this!

CC is just as sneaky as the rest of the internet. Liars and fanagers. I give them a -5.oh yes paid in full for iPhone mine but they won’t unlock it because I didn’t use it for 24 months. Essentially thanks for giving us extra $ 284 TOUGH LUCK. 77 years old sure screwed me and didn’t enjoy it!!!
Worthless app
It shows data usage and that’s it. I traveled to Europe for seven days and the data never registered. Plus i had international roaming on and no where in the app was that logged. Thats what i was mainly interested in. They mention all over that to get the app for real time updates. Right.
