My Delhaize

Not only extracting the few advantages of the Delhaize customer card by applying the awful rule of the 99€/month spent to opt for the Nutriboost. But also now externalizing all your stores into franchises. I am sick of the drift of this company. There’s so much good competence and pricing offered by Lidl, Aldi and Albert Heijn. App deleted and customer affiliation deleted. Bye.

De laatste weken steeds meer problemen: eindeloos laden bij inloggen, plots afsluiten,… Je zou denken dat het beter zou worden maar het is juist het omgekeerde

L’app est facile à utiliser et globalement bien conçue. Mais … Elle nécessite une connection data qui est très mauvaise dans certains magasin. Delhaize offre à présent la possibilité de se connecter en Wifi mais la connection ne fonctionne pas souvent. Ceci est d’autant plus embêtant que certaines opérations nécessitent des data comme par exemple déposer des vidanges. L’application devrait offrir un mode « offline » pour parer à ces inconvénients.

L’application ne s’ouvre pas

Verander die app zodat je er een echt boodschappenlijstje van kan maken. Ik probeer er dingen in te steken (ook via de barcode) als ik er aan denk dat ik het nodig heb, maar dat lukt niet als dingen toevallig niet beschikbaar zijn in de winkel op dat moment. Heel vervelend, want dan moet ik er op een later moment weer aan denken en een tweede lijstje bijhouden. Dubbel werk. De laatste tijd ook veel producten die mij via de e-deals worden aangeboden die gewoon niet meer in het gamma zitten. Compleet nutteloze e-deal en valse reclame zo.

I’m still not sure why I don’t get the 10% discount. I always scan the barcode in the app and it doesn’t give me the discount on purchases. I use the self checkout.
