No Card Access @ Checkout (Moliere)
Rubbish. Unable to use the loyalty card (or other services) because the App routinely fails to open in the Molière store, where there is limited/no phone service and the in-store Wi-Fi is very poor. Even when I open the app before going into the store so that my loyalty card is on screen, the app now introduces a pop up screen when I am in the store indicating there is no internet connection. This pop up message cannot be minimized and blocks access to the app functions including the opened scannable card. I don’t need the app when I am not in the store.
