Awesome APP, extremely efficient
The last several updates have been poor with regard to syncing. When I update a record and save it, it reverts to the old password and you lose the new password. Now the app won’t let me save and sync. Update 11/7/2024 They got back with me and corrected the server issue causing this problem. Outside of that hiccup, I enjoy this app
I was a very satisfied customer for the past 10 years. But with the 2024 updated version of MEO, multiple entries of mine have been lost!!!Joe has coached me with emails, tried everything, but nothing has worked to retrieve missing data. I just wrote him in 5th attempt to retrieve much needed usernames and passwords. We shall see, but I am giving up hope and looking for a new system.
We have been using this app for 3 years or more. It is rock solid and we have never had an Issue. My wife and I both sync to each other so if one of us changes a password the other person gets it
I used to like this app but after the 30% price increase and the updates that messed up my data, I’m less a fan as before. I also can’t get my subscription updated via iPhone.
After an update and renewal my account was blank. I gave a bad review, but support worked with me to regain all my passwords. They were very diligent! Even though it took some time to establish I am the owner of the account due to their very tight security measures, which is a very good thing these days, they were able to assist me in syncing my account. Thank you Joe. Fan for life. I apologize for my very harsh response initially.
I use both an iPad and iPhone 12 on my Apple account and every time I verify from one to the other neither device actually “updates”! Why advertise that “all your devices sync” when they clearly don’t?
