My Eyes Only Password Manager

Hi my name is Alan Kelly and I really love this APP I have been using it for years , I deleted it accidentally while trying to upgrade it It just won’t allow me back in no matter how hard I try , I have used the same e mail and password for years .thank you looking forward to your help .

I used the original version of My Eyes Only for several years, with no problems. I was able to back it up to my own system, which helped my ‘almost-paranoia’ about security! I resisted the new version because backup/synchronisation had to be through MEO’s own backup server. I tried several (or, rather, MANY) other products, but the extreme hassle was just too great, in trying to export/import my existing data. I contacted the “help”/customer support for MEO and received lots of help and considerable reassurance regarding the security of the synchronising server; result? I have been using MEO on iPhone and iPad for almost a year with no major issues. A REAL benefit is that the iPhone and iPad databases are fully synchronised, saving me worry about whether I am using the correct “version” of the data. MEO is the only “vault” I have found with the number and range of categories in which to store information. A minor quibble might be that I haven’t yet found a way to edit those categories, nor to combine two categories which are similar enough to have made me put information into two categories when one would have been better! I headed this “with some ‘quibbles’”, but, honestly, excluding the “categories” one above, I cannot think of one serious enough to commit it to this review! I suppose one “quibble” could be that, if I need to consult, say, “Contacts”, when I come back to MEO, I have to re-enter the password, but I suppose there has to be some cost for a very high level of security. MEO is, far and away, the best of the 7 or 8 products I have seriously tried.

The major downside of the iPhone is that there is no 'private' section. I guess an iPhone 5 could include that and where would MEO go then? Until then it is great to have a place to store private data, 'for the cost of a modest lunch' as someone said. However the cost is rising because I have already had to upgrade twice, and this version (with cloud back up) has a 12 eu annual fee. But for now I am happy to pay it.

Excellent app. Very easy to set up and layout new categories. Good value. Easy to sync to other devices.

We have used this app for many years and I highly recommend it! God forbid something ever happen I know I can find all of my information here. With that said would love to see a pet category where I can have tags, certificate and pet insurance information. Thanks!

Switched to MSecure and no subscription. This software is just to clunky. Doesn’t sync well on other devices.

I have been using this for about 4 years . I’m very happy with this and feel my data is safe . I had a problem once and emailed and got the president of the company. I highly recommend this app

I have been using this app for at least 5 years and I probably use it on a daily basis. I always feel that my information is at my finger tips and always secure.

I’ve been using MEO for years now. At first I was reluctant to pay the annual subscription but realizing year after year how safe and easy it was to use. However recently, I’ve noticed that the app has become increasingly more glitchy and unreliable. It tends to shut itself off during a search and sometimes won’t open at all. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but tends to be a temporary fix, or, not a fix at all. I’ve stored a great deal of data in the app and really trying not to go through the process of painstakingly moving my information elsewhere. In some cases for the logins that I use frequently, I’ve transitioned to the Apple “strong password” feature and abandoned MEO. For what I’m paying annually for the app, my expectations for quality and reliability have also grown in concert with your price increases over time. I’ll continue to use the app though out the year and evaluate the performance. If I continue to experience the glitchy performance, unfortunately I’ll have to cancel my subscription.

My Eyes Only is the best tool in Computer Universe. If you want to keep info securely and orderly and you aren’t using My Eyes Only, you’re playing second fiddle
