When I tapped to install the app notification “Processing payment” popped up for a few moments. It does not say anywhere that this is a paid app. I will be lodging a complain. Seems like the developer details are fake and I am being charged fraudulently.
Literally doesn’t change your hair colour. Places a very slight tint over your hair. Doesn’t work in any way.
Same issue as other reviews. When you first open the app, no countries appear and searching does nothing. So I closed the app and cleared it, then reopened and all the counties appeared. So, picked my country, but then you have to select between customer and hairdresser. When you pick customer, it comes up with a warning telling you that the app is for professional use only and to consult your hairdresser about using the app. When you click okay, it downloads content relating to your country, then it seems to work perfectly. I’m not sure what the difference between the customer and hairdresser functions are, nor why the warning appears. From there, the app seemed to work really well. Played around with different hair colours on photos of myself and friends and really enjoyed it. Haven’t investigated any of the other aspects of the app, since I was wanting it just for hair dye filters. Once you get over the initial hurdles, would absolutely recommend.
I can’t get past the first page, no country options appear.
Downloaded the app. First thing it asks is to input your country. I put in Australia and it tells me “there is no such county in the list”. Will not let me move to the next step. Loreal experience is officially over. Tried putting in America and France as the country and still cant get through.
