complete rubbish! no colour number on colour you are trying app does not work, my children are better at colouring!

This app is stated as having run for 4+ years.. did L'Oreal commission it? Because i find it deplorable that such bad reviews are being received about the app and THERE IS NO ONE COMING ON TO ADDRESS THEM!!!!

This app doesn’t work if you have light blond hair. All the colours showed as either extremely pastel or not at all.

I don’t like it I couldn’t get in to it kept trying to get in but it did not work I was so fed up

Waste of time! Couldn’t see how I would look like as it kept redirecting me to choose the colour. I would choose the colour but it wouldn’t just work. Frustrating!

The screenshots don’t even look like what you get on the app, and the hair colors look more like “deep fried memes” than anything realistic. Save yourself the time.

When I use a picture the app takes so long to upload a picture and it still doesn’t work

The 3D try on part is really good except that it doesn’t state the number of the shade you are using adding this would help immensely *after having the app for a few days it now keeps asking me to download content for my country and is giving me no shades at all.
