Worked once and then just never let me sign in again - just always thinking so can’t actually use it .
This has been working really well but now I cannot sign in. I've reset my password and can only access web version called med base.
Since recent update I can’t login on the app. I have reinstalled the app and am up to date on software updates. It’s clearly a bug. Try to login and Face ID accepts with green tick but it just hangs at sign in. Tried taking off Face ID and manually putting in password but still hangs. App now unusable and having to log in to GP through web portal. Please fix this app issue
The app is good for booking appointments, pretends to take credit card details but then goes to a blank screen when you try to confirm. It seems the app and the phone booking systems only have the booking aspect right, the rest is an untested shambles and has been for a year now. Lower your expectations as they don’t really care, well they say they do, but their actions show they don’t. You have to use their phone or in office booking, as they can’t run the app effectively.
This app is full of glitches and bugs, some which make features unusable. Your development team really need to apply more scrutiny to your quality assurance process.
Just downloaded it and logged in. It only had one job.
I’m trying to book my first appointment. Here are the failures the app has had, which is making it useless: - I shouldn’t have to pay because I’m getting this benefit through my employer. But it’s telling me I need to pay for a GP consultation. - I tried to pay three times and each time, after entering my credit card information, I get a blank white screen, no payment having been taken. - I tried to look up where HCA locations are. It won’t let me select an appointment type and when I press search I get some error. I assume it’s related to having not entered an appointment type. But the error message is actually blank so I don’t know what it’s problem is.
Very distressing when attempting to see a doctor and the application just quits.
This app and service is great. So easy to use.
