Seems unstable
Got logged out mid day for no reason. Also my first selfie doesn't load anymore, so I'm hesitant to trust the documentation of my little "project teeth" to this app. Also no apple watch app?

I have invisilign lens, which according to my doctor is quite new feature. It does not work on my iPhone 12 Pro ( confirmed by my doctor when I called and said I’m unable to take photos because the camera rotates when I try to make pictures) I contacted invisilign support through app and received no reply!! Why you even give the option to contact if no one will bother to reply? My doctor sent the enquiry and I’m still waiting and hopefully he will receive any updates regarding my issue. I feel by paying so much money for the treatment there must be customers support.
There is no option to manually select how long the retainers have been used for during the day, especially to correct if someone accidentally forgot to start/stop the timer. There’s a poor log section and in general it doesn’t feel highly customisable.
Tried 3 times with the selfie - kept saying that there was an error so never got to see how my smile might look
The app hangs on the login screen. You need to delete and download the app each time to use it making it functionally pointless
The app constantly logs you out so you don’t get reminders for when to change aligners. Also, you must have a data connection in order to time when your aligners are in/out, so if you’re in a place with poor signal, forget it.
App overall isn’t bad for it’s purpose, but it’s so slow and half the time it takes over 10 minutes and many tries to open the app and turn the timer off on the wear time… as I am writing this i literally wasted 10 minutes now by not being able to open the app to turn the timer off…
Was a great start to my treatment however there’s been a slight issue with my login for the app so that I ca. upload photos for progress report. Changed my password several times and didn’t recognise my Pid. Currently in contact with customer support so will wait to see what happens Monday as that is when I’m due to move onto my next retainer.
Why have they removed the stopwatch feature? It's now so difficult to know how long you can have your retainers out for as there's no more stopwatch to tell you how long they've been out. For trying to improve the aesthetics of the app they've sacrificed most of the usability
Some baffling updates to the app: Why has the calendar feature been removed? This was very useful in seeing how many aligners you had each month and inputting doctor’s appointments each time, why on earth has this been removed!! It’s nonsensical. Why can you only set a reminder for up to 45 minutes when you have your aligner out? Why not an hour! Why not more? Again, a nonsensical move. The aligner countdown also now does not count properly after this new update. I have 8 days until. I change my aligner, app says 7 despite the correct time scale for wear inputted by me. There should lastly be an option to instead now see how long you’ve had your aligners in for on the main dashboard, but to also see how many hours you’ve had them out for as it did before this terrible update. Please change this.
