My Library App

Very frequently shows incomplete records or sometimes loses information completely. Usually, if one returns to the app later, it’s corrected itself but today I had to delete the app and reinstall it in order to get it to show anything at all relating to my account. If it wasn’t so glitchy, it’d be a really useful app as it’s easy to search, place reservations or renew loans when the app is functioning properly.!

Would be better if loan history could be searched by author rather than title - or both And why do I often have to enter my card number and pin - I thought the app would do away with that need

Good app but so often it does not work. Haven’t been able to log on for three days, so annoying. Get it fixed please

The barcode scanner doesn’t even work!

Got a link from the website to download this. Can’t even find my library (Chelmsford). All other libraries shown are miles away. Shame as an app to scan books and library cards would be really useful. Deleted.

Cannot create an account on downloading, “search for nearest library” facility shows a list of libraries many miles away (yet none of the many libraries I have within 70 miles) and is generally user unfriendly.

it logs me out all the time and now it wont let me log back in after an update

As a new user (a few weeks), I can say it’s not reliable. It’s great when it works and I’m able to renew my books, search for new content and add to my reservations. Otherwise the app takes forever to load the data and ultimately I give up and close it.

Great app in theory, as I manage my family’s library accounts and can link their accounts to mine. But the app is constant deleting my linked accounts. Please fix this bug! It’s really annoying having to input all their details on a weekly basis.

After trying to download the app only to find it’s all about e-books there’s no point for me as I want real books. I’ve seen I’m not the only one disappointed. Why keep pushing e-books? Not happy with the new website either as that’s all e-books as well. Why change something that was working well.
