Getting a hold of these people is impossible. Even when they change your booking time without informing you

I’ve been trying to book a service all morning and when I reach payment they tell me to put my phone number which I already did. I go to support there’s no agent. You lost a customer

I have used Fantastic Services for past 10 years and the level of customer service has dropped significantly. I have in the past two weeks have scheduled 2 end of tenancy cleans, gardening services, locksmith services, and have a regular domestic cleaning starting in Sept. However every service has either been rush / poor quality cleaning or overcharged despite the fact I have premium rates and “discount”. It is very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for years now. I am unfortunately going to cancel my membership and services due to a poor customer service experience.

I booked several times, but recently when the time it comes, I was always told need to reschedule! Even I booked one month ago, they will tell me on the cleaning day

How do you become a provider...takl is set up much easier...

The buttons don’t click into anything, can’t click into anything. Happens all the time

You don't get responses just platitudes and no real response..they ask for feedback and then do nothing with it, they don't change or respond or qualify or apologise or..anything...bots are only good for one thing and it ain't customer service

Support function no longer works. I have been charged for works that have not been performed even though emails marketed to me reinforce that I have not completed my booking. Terrible.
