O2 insist on sending a security code but it doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes what a pain is O2 security system
I have rang so many times and can’t complete my order. Very disappointed. Never had a problem before. Thinking of leaving o2 sorryjinny I came into Exeter and with a member of staff to re start my direct debit. But she didn’t do it and now am having to pay every month. Now I’m getting messages to say the direct debit is working. Please tell me what is going on.

O2 will send you a code via text message to confirm, which you will never receive if you have been disconnected. My partner has been in hospital for over 6 months due to brain injury and I’m trying pay his bills. I cannot call them because they will want to speak with him, even though he has no mental capacity. I am applying for power of attorney but this will take another 6 months.
I’ve gone to transfer my eSIM to a new device which cuts off the original but the new one hasn’t appeared so now I’m left unable to use my phone, receive messages or calls for banking etc
I was told I would have no problems with data in built up areas but unfortunately that was not actually true. I have no data in various areas where I live and it’s a city. I have tested a few phones on different networks in the same areas so you can’t cover up that bulls*it with more bulls*it unfortunately for yourselves, that base is covered. I have had to get a contract with a different provider so I can use a phone normally. So I’m stuck with a mainly useless contract with o2. I’m gonna have to pay it off even though it’s o2’s failure or they will spit the dummy out….. “we will send bailiffs” David can’t beat Goliath and they know this which is why the ‘yeah, but who cares’ attitude is inevitable. A very choice customer experience considering previous years. Time to go now for sure, quick…….
The network keeps dropping and O2 will not admit it
Can’t get access to my account because my password or email is wrong all the time get a grip and sort it out how can I do anything when you say my password is wrong or my email is wrong
