The app is great, it does everything you’d expect. I use it with the pet feeder and I think it could be a bit more intuitive, the portions selector is not clear, it mentions “cups” but there’s no way to change it to grams. Also, the initial setup to perform right after you fill the feeder with kibbles is not very evident, I would have expected the app to guide me through the process. It’d be nice if the app provided Siri shortcuts, HomeKit integration and widgets.

Inside, our dog stops unwanted behavior with the “call” button which is much better than her excited jumping. She goes out a night wearing the collar with my husband without issues. He says with it being dark, there isn’t as much to attract her attention. She does well and she doesn’t chase the bunnies that she does see. During the day, she has too much fun barking at bunnies, cats, & squirrels to not be tied.

Great product

New version of the app has a glitch with scheduling. If I choose 6:30am, it sets it to 5:30am. But then doesn’t go off at either time. Please fix this!

Sooooo when will there be an update to fix the WiFi connection issues? I have 3 feeders I’ve had for years and now I literally cannot use any of them now as I have moved and they will not connect to my wifi…. I had to buy a completely different auto feeder brand so my pets could, you know, actually eat when I’m gone from home 12 hours a day…PLEASE look into this guys

Feeder lost WiFi, I follow the steps to reset WiFi. The app tells me to hold a pin in the feeder to reset it. I do that, feeder is flashing yellow. When I press continue it just goes back to the previous screen. It’s stuck in a loop and now I can’t feed my cat until they fix the app. Quit pushing app breaking changes to production before testing. This is completely avoidable.

Easy to use and helpful with my work schedule.

The app freezes every single time I go to the reminder page. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, and it still freezes
