To use this app you’ll need to be a customer of Opus Energy and have an Energy Monitor paired with a SMETS2 smart meter.
This easy-to-use smartphone app gives you insight into your energy use, which can help you to become more efficient.
We understand it can be difficult to see any changes in your energy usage until you get your bill (and perhaps even when you get your bill!)
The Energy Monitor talks to your Smart Meter in near real time, so you can see how much energy you’re using wherever you are, at any time of day.

I’d give them a zero if I could
This app is as useless as the rest of their IT system. One of the most user unfriendly companies I’ve had the displeasure to have dealings with
No help with app
Great idea - useless operation. Downloaded App - tried to log in using my account details - it tells me to input email and password which I have already input. Initially it said ‘Unauthorised’ but again did not help you find out how to authorise an app. It will be interesting to see if the developers respond to this review.
Awful company!
I cannot wait untill my contract is up so I can switch suppliers, the app don’t work I can’t even log into my account on their website despite trying to reset my password (reset email never arrives) can’t even see my usage throughout the month which is a pain when sorting out bills!
What has happened to opus
I have been a customer for over 10 years but the last 18 months I have no idea what has happened to them Can’t access account, trying to get hold of a person is awful takes a long time and is a right pain. Will be moving as soon as contract is up
