We recently left Regions Bank because their app and website has so many problems that persist and nothing is done to improve it. The Synovus app is a breath of fresh air. The experience is so much better than Regions and well thought out. Keep up the great work, we are very happy with Synovus Bank. Thank you Synovus!

Very user friendly app.

Why is the Instant Balance feature no longer working? I also never understood why the customer is unable to lock/unlock their own personal debit card directly from the app. This is an important safety feature.

I really dislike having to verify a code sent by text message. I’ve already identified myself.

Why was this feature removed? Doesn't make since, not only does this app less features than others removing the few you have is a mistake.

Not user friendly

Won’t let me do an external transfer. Yes I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. My money is stuck on that account now.

This app has been excellent for years, but since late Spring/early Summer, something happened to it where my bill-pay calendar defaults to the previous month, bills aren’t being paid/processed for the dates I set them up, and too many glitches have made it nearly impossible to add another payee.
