Terrible App
Ordered the Trackstar with my new vehicle. 3 weeks of ownership and the location has only ever updated once, and that was after a call to customer support who did something their end. I’ve had no response after emailing customer support. Geofence does not work as ‘my location’ does not update. Journey logs are hit and miss. Only positive, I took the car out without the fob to test, and I eventually got an alert / call so something must be working in the background. My recommendation, avoid. If I could get my money back I 100% would.
