-The automated text message is too long so it forces you to open it to get the verification code. -Won’t let me input security question answer since it’s “case sensitive” although every single character is lower-case. So I tried to put one upper-case letter instead and it still doesn’t work. nope
They even don't allow mw to pay for my bill. Bug about password reset is still not fixed.
Its 2024 and Verizon is a massive company how is the functionality of their app and website this horrible. Makes absolutely no sense at all
For a company that makes as much money and lobbies as much as Verizon, the fact that your services for managing bills for your products are half cooked as they are, is crazy. Verizon makes more money than most people can imagine, yet they can’t pay their employees well enough, or keep them around long enough, to have a consistent experience on this god awful app. If Verizon expects people to keep buying iPhones, they should focus on making it easy to navigate through their app. There’s too many ads and menus. I just want to pay my bill. Put us in a homepage with direct access to the essential features we need to access. Don’t put users in your store front so you can pressure them to buy something. How is it possible that this is the only app that can access both phone and internet bills, but the home or internet bill side of the app is almost never up and running. It’s almost always down and I need to go through a separate browser to pay my bill. What’s this app even for if I can’t do what’s promised by Verizon?
My customer service person was friendly and so helpful. She talked me through the steps and the problem was solved. I think her name was Wanda from Alabama.
4.6 Stars ? If I could give you negative stars I would. You think a company like VZW that sells phones and provides services for it would actually release something that would at least partly work on their phones no? Meh! Garbage updates and junk app.
I made the mistake of moving house, as one does from time to time over the course of our lives. In moving house Verizon created a new Fios Account for me, which cannot be merged to my oneverizon ID. It does not matter how much time I spend on the phone to the alleged "customer support", they just talk me through steps that I have already tried and that do not work, and then ask me to repeat the same information over and over until I have to end the call to go and do something else, like pass out from exhaustion.
This app is trash! The chat freezes, and no response when pressing selection.
This app is terrible; it made change my password 6 times and won’t let me in to make a payment. I have done everything even a chat and still won’t work. Fix your app or I am moving to comcast
