Worst decision ever switching to Verizon Business

There has been nothing but issues since we switched over. From billing issues, Data issues, service not working properly and nothing has been resolved in over a year. Customer service representatives have no class, customer service etiquette or anything else to that nature.

Verizon Wireless used to be one of the better cellular providers. Unfortunately, their customer service is now inferior to all the others. Sad to see this happen.

Wireless service has gone down hill in quality, can not make calls without dropping, the 5g will not operate on wireless data without WiFi. Customer service does not exist anymore. No one responds to business problems.

Awful Application

I have been with Verizon for over twenty years and have never been late on a payment. I recently switched over to a business plan and downloaded this application to set up automatic pay. Apparently the auto pay didn’t go through but I did receive multiple “payment successful” notifications on the app. I finally received a notification with a large bill. When I went in, they told me my payments didn’t actually go through even though the app told me they did. I had to call someone who passed my number a long to a supervisor who I have yet to hear from. I have a twenty something dollar late fee and I’m on a restricted account where I have to go to the store and pay cash every month for the next six months. I do not have a bank in town here so this will result in a $3.00 transaction fee each time through the ATM. No one seems to be able to help me out with this issue. Don’t use the application. Go through the website instead. What a headache. Update: I have spent hours on the phone and my calls have been dropped multiple times with no call back. No one has been able to help me. I have been told that there is no way to get my account taken off of “restricted” and I will be required to pay in cash for six months now. I was also fined $65.00. I still do not receive statements and to avoid more fines, I call in to check on my balance and even the employees at the store aren’t quite sure what I owe sometimes. After 25 years of being a loyal Verizon customer, I am looking at switching to a service who actually listens and wants to help their customers. My family members have considered the same after hearing my story. I wish I never changed my account.

Wth is wrong with this app as I can only use to make payments and it even struggles to process that. Been trying to shop for the last hour and for VZ to be a mobile company I find it ironic that the website constantly fails when using your mobile device. Make that make sense please.
