Every month my bill keeps increasing
WHO CAN HELP ME!!!! 🤦🏼♀️ I've only been on Verizon for 3 months. I arrived at Verizon with 7 lines, during the purchase they added two more lines, apparently for free. I paid the purchase taxes and in less than 20 days I received my invoice where the monthly payment they had offered me ($260) was not the amount charged. They were charging me $443, the explanation was that they were charging me for the services of the last days of the previous month plus those of the current month, the funny thing is that only 20 days had passed, from day 1 to day 20-21, in addition to They will charge you for the 2 lines added to $15 dollars each. Finally they charged me and I paid. A month later I plan a family trip after not seeing my family for 7 years. I called Verizon the day before to find out what type of services they provided or had in Cuba (country where I would go) they told me that Cuba was one of the countries where Verizon did not provide any type of service or plan, that I would not have service there. . I went to Cuba, when I landed in Cuba I received a call from a client and I was surprised that it worked, in the same way the internet did not work, my husband and I threw our phone in a bag during the week and used another phone. with a line from Cuba, Upon returning to the United States when notifications started arriving, Verizon had sent 3 emails saying that they were charging me for international service. I charge $1,465.99. I called them and they told me they were sorry but that even though I had called before traveling and they had seen the agent's notes, the best thing they could do was take off $300. I called the dispute department and they automatically told me that I was right, that it was my responsibility to call before traveling, that there was a note from the agent who assisted me, they removed the charges and told me that in 3 to 5 business days. I would see the charge removed in my account. It's been 12 days and I see that they still haven't removed it, when I call the dispute department again, another agent and his supervisor decide that they can't remove the charges since they had sent 3 notification emails when I was in Cuba. I am in shock……. If I call ahead to make sure what services they would have and they don't tell me any, am I responsible for checking my vacation to see if my phone has any notifications from Verizon? or worse yet, in a country where there is no service, where the Internet does not work, where they themselves say th
Oh how I regret my decision to switch from my old Verizon to Verizon Business! And how on earth they have a 4.6 star rating in beyond me! The service, billing app, just everything about it has been horrible (except my new iPhone) since switching 6 months ago.

Why is it so difficult to sign in to my business account? The second month being told to give a new password, which doesn’t do a thing. When I call, I get to where I put in my credit card number, but am asked repeatedly to put in my cc number or I can go to my account and pay it there. All I want to find out is if the autopay is in place. How do I reach a human? I have not had problems with any other company. There has to be a way to make this process simpler, or maybe it’s moving my business to another company.
I completely over verizon i have had to talk with your company every single month because my promitions come off and my bill is wrong every month .. Takes atleast an hour to over two hours every time .. I am about to go back to att i was with them for soo long and I REGRET ever switching

I do not understand why service is so bad. I now pay 55$ a month instead of the original 50$ because they went to 5G. Well now I can’t make calls all the time. I can’t watch videos most of the time even though it shows 4 bars. How does the price go up and the quality go down. Call them to talk about the issue, and they have no clue what it could be. I’m about to pay this phone off and just go back to straight talk. Had way better service with them and they don’t hike the price up without warning.
Love the App very user friendly
I was told when I signed up for this business internet and phone that my total monthly cost would be under $95.00. So far my bill has been double if not triple each month. I was out rite lied to. I am very disappointed and will figure a way to lower my next bill. It might come to a court case since I was lied to.
