Constantly crashes, chat function is useless and most buttons don’t work. A company who want as little to do with their customers possible and this is reflected in the app.
From day 1 I have not been able to check my setup as the app says unable to see my hub. Customer service is less than helpful having spent literally hours on the phone with them I am still having the same problem. Would not recommend virgin media

Have been trying to get into this app, and the VM Connect app, for weeks. Every time I go to login the app tells me the server is down and unable to connect. If I can’t get past the login page, it’s totally useless to me.
Only used the app for a few minutes, seems good so far. iPad screen size supported, good. However, why, oh why do you not support landscape orientation on iPad? Simply no excuse.
I was referred to Virgin media after I moved into my new house, neither my friend or myself received any kind of reward, so why would I refer anyone.

App takes you to website to log in. Enter all the details and nothing happens. Try biometrics and nothing happens. May as well just use the website.
Virginmedia is an unreliable network, Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication and have to wait for more than 1 hour for Virginmedia to answer phone calls, Not Helpful, Empty Promises from Virginmedia Customer Service Associates, lie about sending me An Wifi Pod or Wifi Booster but never arrives,I contact Virginmedia when I have broadband issues, still didn't resolves always encountering the same problems 5 Customer Service Associate said they promise to sent me an Wifi Pod but it is a lie. I will not recommend Virginmedia toAnyone. Virginmedia is not a Reliable Company, they don't honour their words, Untrustworthy! Very Disappointed! I am tied with 18 months contract! Worst Service From Virgin Media, Regret signing 18 months contract.No one seems to want to help or listen to resolve the Network issues 🥲🥲🥲🥵🥵🥵 Till today my issue is not resolved.
