I played a Rummy game for the amount of 100 & I won that match but winning amount is not credited even my 100 rs also not come i have rasied the ticket and tried to resolve this but very pathetic support i received Dont play big amount of match as they will not refund you any amount it is too risky

It is really horrible experiences for me, In my circle 11 rummy. I have loss a lots of money here by playing rummy here I will request you guy please 🙏stop playing . If I talk to you about winning you will win 1 or 2 chances out of 100 approx. You card will be mostly higher points, Very rear you gonna get a jokers. Some time they will give a joker without any sequence then also you will definitely lose because mostly you will not give you a chance to play because your opponents will all drop or one of them declare by them without your team come. I really don’t think it’s a real people’s are also playing here. Because as my experience I played pool mostly, First 3 to 4 times I have to drop because no jockey no line cards and you will get mostly chances to play when you have few points left in your hand. And after some time you will out of the game for just 1 or 2 points so I think you will play again and loose.
