App and all critical functions immediately stopped functioning with no notice only 3 months after we paid $10,000 USD for equipment and an unlimited App use fee. The error message on the My2N disabled app and site simply state License expired. There is no logical way to remedy or pay extra money to fix or get license to become updated and gain App functionality. We contacted the local My2N contractor and My2N tech support. The local contractor recording states it will take 3 days or more to try to respond. The local Contracted installer had many problems with installation. There are many other problems. Major disappointment!
