Useless app
There is no option to view the bill, the support page tells you to go to places that do not exist, very frustrating

I don’t usually write reviews but this is the worst mobile app ever. Disgusting UX/UI, it is slow, bugged and lagging.
As soon as I figured out how to get the app doing anything I wanted it to, you asked me to agree to terms of service, ON A WEBSITE, THAT IS SOMEHOW MORE TERRIBLE THAN THE APP WAS Make the app actually useable and then USE IT I hate oligopolies
Buying add-ons when you already have a PrePay plan that tops up automatically is purposely confusing so that Three can steal customers money. Even if you catch the mistake within a minute, you spend half an hour talking with a customer service chat just to be denied a refund, contrary to EU law. Three hopes customers will simply give up.
I cannot view my bills on the app despite the chatbot telling me “great news” I could… I have been send around in circles all day on the app and the online website trying to buy an upgrade. It has been so frustrating I am thinking of leaving 3 🙈🙈
Keeps trying to bring me to the online webpage anyway.This keeps on breaking saying “bad gateway”. What’s the the point in having an app ??
The application is not user friendly.
currently abroad in salou (while paying a high monthly plan of €60 for an IPhone 14 Pro) and my data is not working, i have turned my phone on and off, have allowed data roaming and checked it is on and i'm still left stranded abroad without a fully functioning phone. i have tried to contact customer service and it was pointless not happy at all causing unnecessary stress, frustration and hassle on hoildays
Still no Face ID. In 2024! Also you have to shut down the app to log in. Otherwise it will show you white screen and nothing else.
Bad design, bad menus, stressful experience. What’s the point of using the app if it keeps taking you to the website??
