1)Booked flight on the apps while I’m logged in, flight booked not show up on upcoming booking and doesn’t have a option to add my booking in 2)membership number were not automatically applied to the booking itself, and the membership number were not able to be copied where it have a lot of number to remember while in the mid booking the ticket, 3)troublesome filling up of passenger + contact whereby it probably should have the option to easily say that passenger and contact are the same person flying Whole point using apps is the convenient that it provides, not the troubles that it been provided What a absolutely garbage apps

This is the worst airline company that I’ve been encountered.. They just stop their operation without any prior notice, robbing our hard earned money and walk away.. just like that !!! Utterly disgusting 🤮🤮🤮

Please be advice this airlines already issuing closure orders.
