For those that keep trying to get an OTP to verify your account, don’t bother. Just use the website version instead because it doesn’t ask you to verify yourself. I’ve managed to check in from the website with no problems.

Not receiving OTP
I have been trying for a month to log in to this app, but it won’t let me without verifying my phone number. However it tells me it has sent a one time password (OTP) to my phone and it has not. Super frustrating. Had to book my flights through a third party website since it wouldn’t allow me to login and book direct!!!
Otp doesn’t work
Can’t use the account without otp via phone number. OTP never sends though… can’t check into my flight.
OTP doesn’t even send to SMS
From New Zealand. Have already tried many times to OTP to secure my account in NZ via my NZ mobile number Already contacted customer support. No response and I am locked out. Very poor performance
Poor website. No customer service
App is so poor and clunky, slow and frustrating. No one answers the contact emails and the Bo chat is terrible
Won’t send OTP so can’t use app
Won’t let me use app until I verify account by entering the OTP that will be texted to me…. However after many days trying it never sends OTP (and it only lets you try 3 times every 24hrs).
Can’t even log in
Can’t even get it to send me the OTP so deleted the app.
Pathetic
My booking sometimes shows up, sometimes not.
