Die GPS-Ortung ist sehr ungenau. Bei zwei von drei Fahrten konnten mich die Taxi-Fahrer bisher nicht finden. Die Kommunikation wird zudem weiter dadurch erschwert, dass das WhatsApp-Team bei Telefonaten nur mäßiges Englisch beherrscht.
Now requesting the passcode for payment takes forever. Pretty big step back and the constant forcing to rate or review a driver is annoying.
When ordering a cab and the app screen is closed then the order function doesn’t work anymore. Pls fix.
Das Ändern einer nicht mehr gültigen Telefonnummer funktionierte auf einem iPhone, dann aber wurde kein Passwort angenommen. Auf einem 2. iPhone die App neu installiert, das Zusenden von OTPs dauerte sehr lang, manchmal bereits verfallen. Dann wieder auch hier Passwortprobleme. Vergebens!!

First Time to drive with “bluebird”! Very clean, air Kondition and helpful.
Haben nun mehrfach ein Taxi gebucht, statt den angegebenen 2-3min, braucht dies meist mindestens eine Stunde. Dass ist echt ärgerlich, denn einen Status, wann der Fahrer da ist, bekommt man auch nicht.
Since the new app was launched I can’t use this service anymore, because it just isn’t working. Editing a pick-up address seems impossible and the app just never finishes finding a driver. Too bad!
App installiert, mit Indonesischer billig SIM für Telefon und Internet (Minimale Registrierung für die BlueBird App nötig) Taxi geordert, Abholung per Lokalisierung und Ziel eingegeben, Preis wird angezeigt, Zahlung Art wählbar, Buchung wird sofort in App bestätigt, Fahrer und Preis wird sofort angezeigt und wann er da ist. Alles in App Live sichtbar. Keine 5 Minuten war das Taxi da. Keine Angaben mehr nötig, Fahrer kannte Ziel, es ging sofort los. Besser geht es nicht!!!
The Service of BlueBird itself ist very good but the App doesn’t work 50% of the time either problems logging in or not working at all. Payment problems with credit cards that are 3D secured are also common. Only useful to check prices in advance but I wouldn’t recommend booking actual rides with the app.
