As an international traveller I like the safety features embedded into the app. Payments are easy and convenient too. Worth using this app as a non local

Driver going past me. Didn’t follow his GPS. Driver has no clue where hotel was. Useless. I asked for refund, company blamed traffic. lol

When I tried to open account it tried to charge 10,000000 rupia to my credit card really ????? Beware!!!!!!!

Could not go to Bali without this app

Couldn’t even set up an account as it was telling me that my Manx telecom mobile number which begins +44 7624 was not valid even though it is a valid number and I selected the British International code.

It’s annoying that we can’t unable certain types of notifications, like promotions, within the app. This is a basic feature in apps these days, and should be made available. I’m tempted to just switch all of them off…

If I could give the app a zero I would. Downloaded the app twice. Once out of country and once in country. Never received the verification code and your online chat won’t accept numbers outside Bali. Disappointing.

Never received the OTP code via text. Tried 3 different phone numbers but nothing!! Useless

I’ve tried to set the app up but it won’t send a code to my mobile - not sure why?

After researching taxis and rates in Bali, Bluebird Taxis were the most trusted, but you have to make sure you are truly using the genuine bluebird taxis, by using the app you can have peace of mind that you are using genuine trusted drivers. I was in Bali for 2 weeks and mainly used in the Seminyak/Kuta regions and it never let me down! You do need to refresh the app for it to update where the driver is but overall very reliable and much cheaper than other taxis and resort services!
