Worst app ever
Don't use the app or the taxis. Having to pay cancelation fee twice even though the taxis called to say cancel. Waste of money
Good, but needs specific pick up time
App works well, it is great to be able track taxi location on map after dispatch before pick up. Only frustration is can't yet pre order for a specific time. This would make the app far more useful.
Pengen jadi langganan bluebird lagi tapi..
Dulu masih jaman belum via aplikasi masih mau antar kemana aja??? sekarang bilangnya selalu luar zona. Harga udah lebih mahal dari aplikasi sebelah tapi drivernya pada pemales.

Tolong di kaji lagi ya bapak atau ibu penguruz, ketika sy mencoba pada fixed price, rute yg ditentukan pada aplikasi pihak BB yaitu maps nya malah rute yg tdk menguntungkan antara customer dan driver, sore ini sy di kasih rute dekat namun macet!!!!!! Sy cuatomer sdh bertahun tahun langganan BB ketika su coba fixed price.. ternyata layanan aplikasinya kayak angkot!!!!!!! Kasian drivernya jadi lama antar saya ke tempat tujuan, krn jarak tempuh yg tidak tepat yang ditemtukan di apliKasi BB nya melalui Maps!!!! Tlg di buat fleksibel, misalnya customer bole memilih utk lewat tol iya asalkan bayar tol si customernya, ini waktu terbuang, lama krn macet, dikira customer tdk bs bayar ongkos kl pakai yg reguler ya??!!!! Justru ini harganya hampir sama dg yg regular?? Tp kenyamannya tdk ada!!!! Tolong di kaji lagi yg fixed price! Jgn merugikan customer dan driver!!! Terima kasih..
