Setelah app di update, lokasi driver tidak muncul
Setelah app di update, lokasi driver tidak muncul dan tidak ada estimasi durasi waktu untuk menunggu driver. Tolong diperbaiki secepatnya.
Terrible
In past I am happy using bluebird app and I am using bluebird every time I go around jakarta city. However had terrible experience started two weeks ago, I unable to add credit card details in the app. After called with customer services, they just give me standard answer. Be honest, I am very disappointed with blue bird. The apps is not doing well. And they just ignore it.
Booking timing
Scheduled timing changes inside the app after booking has been made. Had to keep cancelling and rescheduled until the correct timing is given.
Driver
Driver harus ditraining supaya bisa lebih respon ke chat - tidak semua orang bisa langsung di telpon
Disaster
Cannot register a foreigner number. Unbelievable. OTP never arrive but the app says it was sent. Crazy After 3 times they never sent OTP u cannot do anything for 1 day.
App has problems
Completed trips can’t be deleted from active trips if you do not give driver ratings. To make mayters worse, Some completed trips are still showing as “active” orders without any avenue to delete them from active orders list. This creates problems when you happen to place a new order with same payment method (non cash). This app is not friendly at all.
Can’t even get OTP
I’m unable to use. It won’t send OTP to Singapore number
