I like the app it’s very easy to understand and has great prices only problem is that routes get confusing but then you can understand then easy

The bus drivers are all great and very helpful and have a wonderful attitude and very nice

The app user experience is horrible. To change your password, you have to know that the app in your password manager is called bytemark or something. When you have to change your password, you don't want to have to deal with deciphering where to find your password once you've saved it to your phone. Unacceptable for an app that is to provide transportation for those who really need it. Simply lazy and unacceptable.

I rate it a four because it keeps kicking me out of the app , I t used to not do it but now I’m not quite sure why.

App crashes every time I open the trip planner

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the apps keeps giving errors. Could someone please contact me? Thanks. UPDATE: I have contacted customer service, and the problem is still unresolved.

Good app, very handy and accurate. I use it almost daily

Every single time I select the map option, the app crashes and I can’t get away from the map when I relaunch so it’s just stuck in a crash loop

App is always down.

This app has a lot of great features. I use it all the time.
