Sorry guys but the app keeps crashing whenever i manually insert the serial number of my robot (there is no qr code to scan on my device so i go manual). I have never moved forward than that step, really dissapointing and definatelly not worth the extra money than the standard s300 ( i recently bought the s300i). Totally not worth and i would like my money back. I tried reinstall the app, update it but nothing. Worthless, if only i knew i would not go forward and purchase the robot. Extremely poor. I use an iphone X 256GB

I just noticed that this app is 4+ years old which is concerning. It feels like it’s 4 weeks old. Every time I open the app I have to reconnect to the cleaner. It hasn’t works once yet away from home. Yesterday I was trying to set up the schedule for cleaning and it won’t let me pick a time to start. The second I tapped on “every 2 days” the dolphin starting driving on the cement next to the pool and then flopped on top of the pool cover. Hopefully there is some sort of update coming. Otherwise I probably would have just rather saved $200 and got the lower model that doesn’t have WiFi.

I used to see the cleaning % complete and finish time on the home screen. Now the stop button/bar covers them. Please fire someone, and report back to me.

I’m constantly reconnecting the Robot to WiFi at my home. The frustrating issue is when it disconnects from WiFi the schedule resets and has to be setup again. This is my first season with the app, hopefully improvements can be made.

All of a sudden my email address is no longer recognized. My entire account seems gone. I deleted and reinstalled the app and tried to sign up for a new account, but I never get the verification email. I can no longer connect to my overpriced chunk of robot failure. Completely worthless app and, therefore, product.

After less than 1 season of use the app has stopped functioning. Each time I open the app I receive the error message “Robot is not responding” which leaves me with zero functionality. After researching online this is a common problem and the only suggested fix is to ship the unit back to the manufacturer at my expense. Please fix these technology issues as the technology was a primary selling point for this vacuum!

The app works fine now. This issue was my fault. The app was blocked from connecting to its server due to my VPN placing quarantine on device. Once unblocked, connected right away.

After the latest update my Siri Shortcuts don’t run to start cleaning about 80% of the time. Sometimes it says the App hasn’t responded in a reasonable time and sometimes I get a weird error from shortcuts. Please fix!!

Used to work fine, now it is garbage. At least I can still run the pool cleaning from the hardline connection otherwise I would have a very expensive piece of junk - fix this Dolphin!!!!

Can’t use the app anymore, just hangs trying to connect now.
