This app is so frustratingly poor that it has been enough to stop me renewing my subscription for months now. If you are going to offer an app, then it should do what it claims.

I always pay via banking apps but sometimes it doesn’t credit correctly but the app helps when you need to quickly sort out account issues. You don’t have to keep waiting endlessly you can just do it yourself

A primary reason for using this app is to keep track of my subscription and to make payments or renewals, and to be fair, the app does that well enough for me more often than not. However, I signed up for notifications primarily for that same purpose, only to get spammed with often irrelevant notifications. The setting literally says “Receive Push Notification for payment reminder”. I have searched for settings controlling other notifications and no luck. If this were to change or be fixed, I’d happily change my rating. P.S.: the app does have other features besides subscription tracking/payments that work well enough, BUT also has some that really really really need to be polished up some more.

This App have been programmed to make your subscription last for 28 days instead of 30 days, this is my third month of observation, I called to complain and they told me it will be resolved ….. all lies. Dstv won’t give you 2 days free view so will short me of 2 days view of my hard earned money….. scammers!

Good morning , This is a customer with smart card no 1025396421, I made an official report both via phone and physical at your surulere of of my smart TV screen being broken so I want to stop my acc from being into renewed , but to my surprise its still be charged from my account til Present , so pls I tried to delete my card and it’s has not been possible on MyDSTV app. How can u help cos I can’t be paying for what am not using . Henceforth, I will rather prefer to be paying whenever it expires from any media apart from the auto renewal process . Pls help see to that or tell me the way to go about it before on the 12th when the present one expires . Thank you for your usual cooperation Yours sincerely Olawale David

Nothing is working

I have premium dstv and cannot stream. I have called dstv hundreds of time and nobody could help me. Dstv stream is a sham. It works for some people but do not work for most people.

The app refuses payment. The OTP does not work time and again. What a load of trash app.

Why do we have millions of Adverts saying you can stream live videos on your dstvnow app when I can’t see to do that. Live tv is showing the dish on tv , all channels the same.
