I entrusted them with the delivery of my MacBook Pro Max, a high-value item worth nearly ₹5–6 lakhs. Naturally, I was nervous about its safe delivery, especially with all the stories about scammers and lost packages. To my surprise and delight, DTDC delivered it within a day! Everyone Lodge complaint at NCH, need to close this useless company . Useless App and customer service, even local service better than them , tracking is useless on this app . They don’t resolve issues, don’t know how they are still in business.

One should never use DTDC as its full of fraudulent practices, they wouldn’t deliver the packages nor provide customers with any good information. Stay away from DTDC

Very bad service they provide

The DTDC service of Paharhati branch (west Bengal) is too much bad . The person at there has no common sense of how to behaviour with people & intentionally they harras customer . I never book anything through DTDC in future . The worst service I faced is horrible . I share the contact number of Paharhati (West Bengal ). branch DTDC - 94746 35178. This person named Narendranath Chatterjee is the fraud & most nonsense person . He intend to stole my parcel & stucked my parcel at his centre for 3 days . When I asked him to go for self pickup then he was giving lots of excuses . The worst worst worst service I got from DTDC . I will inform everyone to stay aware from DTDC couriers.

This company takes money on the name of express service and do not deliver your things on time.. much frustration comes when you have to send any document / gift within time.. Do not use this service .. i will never use in my lifetime..

3 people called to try to pickup for one consignment. I complained. 2 executives hung up on me without addressing issue.
