Don’t even think to handover your precious goods or documents to this platform, this is the worst currier service provider i have met. They’ll ship your goods via Road even if you have paid for Premium Air express. Don’t ever think of opting this platform.

I have used them a few times, and DTDC is extremely prompt and hassle free. It’s sad to see the reviews here as it is not a true reflection of their services. In fact few other delivery companies have put me through a lot of torture and then DTDTC was my saviour. I only gave a star less because charges are somewhat on the higher side. I wish they had a reasonable plan for entrepreneurs. Keep up the good work.

I don’t recommend to download or use theirs services. They always lie and don’t have a their true commitment. My shipment was to be delivered in one day but since 4 days the shipment is in my home not yet picked from dtdc 😂😂😂

They will take more than 05 days in speed post..

I had 2 deliveries, out of which one carton was packed in a white plastic bag by DTDC. Upon opening it I got to know why the extra layer was added. The carton was torn and now when I’ve unpacked it I realise an item is missing. Really used to trust DTDC as a service, not anymore.

It will take ages for your parcel to get delivered if it’s coming via dtdc.

No starts because their service is stupid . My package was not delivered and was showing in transit for week and I tried to contact the DTDC service by email and call and they will never pick and keep the customer on hold for one hour and finally when it got connected they told me they will make sure it will be delivered soon and again asked me address and confirmed it and after two day from nowhere I got email saying the parcel is send back to the origin I am like what they didn’t even informed me or called me asking anything .If I can I will give negative starts !

Very bad service saying door to door service but we have to pay extra charge every time For international delivery. Lot of hidden charge by Dtdc .

Slightly complicated

Been using this service for years now and they have never disappointed! Reliable and fast, and well priced! Thank you so much DTDC!
