MyDucati Reviews

Would be 5 * but…

Just bought my bike less than a month ago. One of the first things I did was download this app and enter my information. I had no problems. It appears to work as designed, without any problems. My only complaint, I uploaded my photo but the photo needs to be rotated 90° but the app won’t let me edit my photo. Minor problem, first world problem.

Worse after update (May 2024)

The app is essentially unusable. Please hire a real app developer. The current one is obviously a scam. It’s ruining your brand/reputation.

Shame on you Ducati

This app is terrible and buggy as hell. Have to log in every time. Can’t remember details already given within. The configurator shows different things for same bike. Modify previous never works. Try to send to dealer and have to pick my dealer over and over. No memory. If scroll to bottom of list of accessories, app freezes. If you get going again have to start from scratch. So I did like a dummy thinking it was a glitch. Nope just as I went to send to dealer the button is hidden under the bottom menu and cannot select it. Cannot switch orientation to see it either. Have to cancel or use screen shots and stitch w external app and email my dealer. Ridiculous. This is a high end Ferrari of bikes website/app???? Come on Ducati pay for a real developer or delete this stupid waste of my time all together and stop pretending to be high end manufacturer. Sad you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Terrible app

App terribile, per favore correggi!

Unstable App that sends non functional information

Veggie fan on

Thankfully my Ducati works substantially better than this App. The operation is very unstable with continuing crashes and non functional areas - eg Ducati Support. worryingly, after service the dealer questionnaire sent fails part way through, skips 50% of the questions and then wants to email the dealer! For a premium brand this is very poor. I only hope my motorcycle performs better than this.

Not functional at all **UPDATE**

Can’t even open it, once you click it, it will take you straight to a blank website, I didn’t even know what’s the app look like inside, because I have always been taken to the blank website right away. What kind of app does this in 2022? Especially it’s Ducati, a freaking Honda Civic does better job than this. Total disappointment. iOS 15.4.1, iPhone 13 pro max. ——————————————————- UPDATE You want me to provide details as screenshots? I’d love even to record a video about the issue! BUT the link you provided me did not offer images/medias uploading function. I have no obligation to do it for you, it’s you got paid from Audi, do your job, find a iPhone 13 pro max with iOS 15.4.1, run your app, witness the problem and go fix it. Don’t ask us for details, you are the developer, maybe developing a fictional app is a better idea.
