*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

The best way to find the dealer closest to your location and how to reach it. Choose your favourite dealer, check the services offered and contact them directly if you have any queries.

The MyDucati app is hopeless. It displays in a mixture of languages and doesn’t synchronise with the server. The result is that my 2nd oil change service was not registered and doesn’t appear in the bike’s service history. Since Ducati don’t provide service booklets to record services anymore this useless app is the only record we have.
Language change ?
In 2024 not being able to change an app language is simply ridiculous… hard to understand how any serious company doesn’t take into account their customers complaints.
The most frustrating app
For some reason it is impossible to change the language. Even the good people at Ducati Geneva can’t help. This is utterly ridiculous

How to change the language? It’s in german because I live on Switzerland. How to switch to English or Italian?

Da un errore sulla data di nascita e mi esce scritto "invalid date". In questo modo non posso terminare il profilo. Come risolvo?
Gute Idee aber…
Die App funktioniert nicht effizient. Bleibt oft hängen. Reagiert oft nicht.
Bug ?
Dans le profil, la date de naissance n’est pas sauvegardée, peut-être la raison que mon profil ne dépasse pas les 95 % ?
Language can’t be changed!
And most importantly, why tf is in German? Please link the language to system language or ask which language is preferred Inutilizzabile zio porco
Cannot change the language
The app is set to German and I can’t change it to french or English…
