myESP is the mobile application of ESP, which is used by Genesis’ network of trained and certified field engineers across North America. This mobile application, through its array of features, supports Genesis’ field engineers to deploy thousands of installations and repairs each day, including wiring and installation of customer premise equipment for commercial and residential voice, data, video, security, and automation solutions as well as point-of-sale (POS) equipment, digital signage, and commonly used network devices.

By leveraging process automation, and intelligently connecting with ESP, this mobile application facilitates improvement in the field engineer experience, and enhancement of overall solution delivery.

With this application, Genesis field engineers will be able to access their service requests on their mobile devices, integrate schedules into their calendar, and submit site deliverables, apart from requesting a call-back from Genesis’ Technical Access Center.
